Our holiday flat in Nova Levante/Welschnofen is suitable for families, couples, groups and solo travellers.
Our attic flat with lots of high-quality wood is very cosy and furnished with light-coloured furniture.

Arrival and departure

The flat is ready for you from 15.00 hrs.
We ask you to vacate the flat by 09.30 am on the day of departure.

Information about the prices

Our prices are per day (for 2 persons) including bed linen, towels and tea towels, SAT-TV and are calculated for a stay of 6 days or more.
Surcharge for each additional person is: Children from 3 - 14 years 15,00 -
Adults 25,00 € per day.
The current local tax of € 2.70 per person (aged 14 and over) per night is payable on site.
Deposit: 3 days of the booked stay.
Payment modalities: Payment for your stay can be made in cash on site or by bank transfer.
The charge for final cleaning amounts to 50,00 - 70,00€
Our holiday flats are non-smoking. We ask you to restrict your smoking habits to balconies and outdoor areas only.
For the use of the washing machine we charge 5,00€ (per wash).
We charge 7,00€ - 10,00€ for your dog and day.

Cancellation conditions:

Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 ZGB
There is no right of cancellation within the meaning of the Italian Consumer Protection Code. Nevertheless, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions in accordance with Art. 1382 ZGB:
Up to 3 months before the arrival date at the latest, the reservation can be cancelled without paying a cancellation fee. From 3 months, the deposit will be retained.
Cancellation up to 4 weeks before the day of arrival 50% of the agreed total price.
If the guest does not show up (‘now show’) or if the guest departs early, the full amount is due for the entire booking period.
